TimelySite provides jobsite coordination tools for construction and service teams, including a Telegram bot, web dashboard, reports, and optional SMS/email features. By creating an account, inviting crew, or using the bot, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and companies

Web registration creates a company account and an owner user. Owners are responsible for crew they invite, project data they store, and how the product is used on their jobs. Workers and foremen join through invite links managed by the company.

Acceptable use

Use TimelySite only for legitimate jobsite and service operations for your company.
Do not abuse rate limits, webhooks, or automation against the service.
Do not upload unlawful content or material you do not have rights to share.

Worker tools and location

Check-in and related bot features may ask for optional location to confirm presence on a job. Location is consent-based: workers can skip location when the bot offers that choice. Companies must tell their crews what is collected and why.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Core bot commands (checklists, tasks, materials, dashboard) are designed to keep working when optional AI features are unavailable.
